Setting Up Your Booking System
Learn how to configure your booking system to accept appointments from clients.
Basic Configuration
1. Enable Online Booking
To allow clients to book online:
- Go to Settings > Booking
- Toggle Enable Online Booking to ON
- Customize your booking page URL
- Save changes
2. Configure Booking Rules
Set up rules for how clients can book:
- Advance booking - How far in advance clients can book (e.g., 30 days)
- Minimum notice - Minimum time before appointment (e.g., 2 hours)
- Same-day booking - Allow or restrict same-day appointments
- Cancellation policy - Set cancellation windows
3. Booking Page Customization
Make your booking page reflect your brand:
- Upload your logo
- Choose your brand colors
- Add a welcome message
- Include terms and conditions
Advanced Options
Buffer Time
Add buffer time between appointments for:
- Cleaning and sanitization
- Travel time (for mobile services)
- Break time
Deposit Requirements
Require deposits to reduce no-shows:
- Set deposit amount (fixed or percentage)
- Choose services that require deposits
- Configure refund policy
Sharing Your Booking Link
Once configured, share your booking link:
- Add to Instagram bio
- Include in email signature
- Share on social media
- Add to your website
Your clients can now book appointments 24/7!
