Use this page to start a deletion request for personal information handled through Boocler. We first identify whether Boocler controls the data directly or processes it on behalf of a business using Boocler.
If you own a Boocler account
Boocler is the direct service provider for your business account. Submit the request through the contact form or email us directly, and we will verify the account owner before deleting eligible business-account data.
If you are a client of a business
The business you visited or booked with controls your customer record. Boocler acts as a processor for that business, so we route or confirm the request with the controlling business before deleting eligible data.
What gets deleted
We delete or de-identify eligible personal information under Boocler's control, such as profile details, contact information, booking-related customer records, and request metadata, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Requests involving a business-controlled customer record may require confirmation from that business before the deletion window can be completed.
How to request deletion
Choose Data Deletion in the contact form and include the email address or phone number tied to the data. You can also email us directly if you prefer.
